The Financial Times, citing people familiar with the matter, reports Amazon has held talks in recent weeks with investors about moving roughly $8 billion of Nvidia Grace Blackwell chips into a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) and leasing them back, with the SPV raising funds from outside investors via debt and Amazon offering up to a 10% equity stake.
