Court documents and Wired's reporting show a chatbot account linked to Alfozan's spouse submitted prompts between Sept. 24-30 on building, encrypting and remotely accessing a recording device, including queries about the exact device's MAC address.

Have to admit I'm kinda curious if the "chatbot" the OpenAI employee used to plan out his scheme to secretly record OpenAI execs... was ChatGPT. Or did he at least switch to a competitor?

It was plugged into a USB port on the back of a television in an executive conference room and had been concealed in toilet paper, the complaint says. This guy thought anyone looking at the back of a TV would see some toilet paper and just think "Yeah, that's totally normal, I'll leave that there."?Surely Spycraft 101 says "Make your device look…

The nation of Saudi Arabia spied on our frauds to learn their secrets. The FBI's leading fraud tries to sound like he knows what he's talking about, and fails again. The title for the giant, thieving, collator, "super intelligence," was crafted by a corrupt loser. Where are the complete and fully redacted Epstein files the frauds in Congress…

This is the part that feels the most wild to me.Someone who's objectively closest to this business should know the tracability of this. I'm shocked he didn't run a local LLM for this kind of sensitive work.He doesn't seem like an idiot either, his background shows he's been doing work in the field since 2012.I do wonder how much he was paid to…

Press Release: "Sophisticated". A device that could have been disguised as a Chromecast, or a custom firmware update to the TV may have been sophisticated. This was stock Seedly/Aliexpress hardware hidden behind a piece of toilet paper. You gotta ask what the hiring bar is at OpenAI, minimum he could have done was let the GPU commit the crime. Lol
