They will probably try and add extra stuff to increase the price. Everything is negotiable, and often the easiest way to get them to fold is to get up and head for the door. They might tell you LoJack is installed in the car, it's $1,500 and it can't be removed. It's a scam. Same for a lot of other stuff.

All that matters is interest rate. Go to a local credit union that offers used car loans and get pre approved to know your baseline interest rate. Then if they can't do better than the credit union, go get the loan from the CU and buy the car with the CU loan

That’s my mistake I meant finance! I don’t know what the specific interest rates will be until I go tomorrow and I’ll probably have to negotiate it down.

I don’t know what the specific interest rates will be How do you know what the payment will be then?

Something like this, you’ll have to assume like 13%-19% if financing through the dealership

That’s because chevys are trash. Toyotas are more expensive because they are made to last
-
None of those are leases. That’s just a loan You did not say what the interest rates are.

You’re going to have a hard time getting a legitimate bank to finance a 10 year old car.

what's your income? How long are you driving each day? This is all necessary context
