HIPAA is so funny because it’s illegal to send a text message saying “the patient in room 1125-1 has a sodium of 129” with Signal from my iPhone that has a password. But totally chill that someone’s HIV test results with all identifiers get printed to some fax tray in a random office you haven’t worked at in years.
