  • Its becoming clear (but was also pretty predictable) that early release of prisoners to reduce pressure in the prison system, merely transfers capacity pressures to the probation system; of course, with still insufficient work on rehabilitation & education *within* prisons, and a probation system already failing to work properly, in the long-term…
