   Take-Two Interactive filed multiple subpoenas in federal district court seeking records from Microsoft and Discord related to accounts involved in posting and sharing GTA 6 leaks. The subpoenas reference the "Cyberleek" persona and related aliases including "CINEMATICROCKSTAR" and "Surfer24k™."

   “The copyrighted material includes but is not limited to audiovisual content, artwork, images, dialogue, or other creative elements…the purpose for which the DMCA subpoena is sought is to obtain the identity of an alleged infringer or infringers.”
