Mueller issued a follow-up post explaining the original statement was sarcasm, arguing the defense budget is wasteful because massive spending has not prevented U.S. military losses.

Yep. One the biggest revelations I had growing up is that all the talk of supporting the troops with the defense budget is bullshit. That money goes to the defense contractors and the make tens of billions off of it while veterans and current soldiers get next to nothing .

Mainstream media did NOT report that most of our bases surrounding Iran had been decimated. They reported on one, the one in Qatar, but that was it. Then the legacy media moved on after mentioning it for 2 days. Now we find out we have lost 81 jets, helicopters, and in-air fuel transports.
